Provisional Certification
You need to submit an Application for Provisional Certificate (Joint Application) (pdf) completed by you and your employing school district; transcripts must accompany the application.
If you are requesting a provisional certificate for Early Childhood, Early Childhood Special Education, or in a Student Services area you must submit an Academic Contract (pdf) completed by an accredited Missouri college or university with an approved program for that area of certification.
