Request a Duplicate Certificate
You will need to submit the following items to our office:
- Completed Application for Duplicate/Updated Missouri Teacher Certificate; and
- $25 check or money order made payable to "Treasurer, State of Missouri."

If you are updating name/address and do NOT want a new certificate, there is no fee.
