Add Advanced Degrees to Certificate
You will need to submit the following items to our office:
- Completed Application for Duplicate/Updated Missouri Teacher Certificate (pdf);
- $25 check or money order made payable to "Treasurer, State of Missouri;" and
- Official transcripts showing degrees conferred.
