The 2010-11 Part B FER and ECSE ARRA FER are due September 30, 2011, and should include obligations/expenditures from July 1, 2010, through September 30, 2011.  Remaining regular Part B funds from the FY11 grant may be carried over and expended in 2011-12. 

Because the Division is allowing LEAs more time to close out the 2010-11 school year and submit the FY11 Part B and ECSE ARRA FERs, there will be no FY11 Part B or ECSE ARRA FER revisions allowed unless there is an audit/monitoring finding or an error in the ePeGs system that directly affects the FERs.
