Subject: Public Placement Fund (PPF) Applications - CORRECTIONS

On September 15, an administrative memo was posted at outlining the changes to the Public Placement Fund (PPF) for FY12 and indicating that the FY12 manual, applications, and supporting data spreadsheet had been posted.  It has recently come to our attention that there was an error occurring in the ADA per student calculation on the PPF applications for Up to 75 Students to Up to 1,000 Students.  The applications posted for Up to 25 Students and Up to 50 Students did not contain the error. 

The PPF application for Up to 75 Students to Up to 1,000 Students have been corrected and posted at  If you have already completed one of these applications or are in the process of completing one and are experiencing problems with the ADA per student field, you may email the application to us at and we will correct the errors for you and email it back so you do not have to start over.  Please indicate in the subject line of the email "correction needed" so we do not assume it is a completed application.  If you have not started completing the application yet, be sure to download the new version.
