FY11 Part B & ECSE ARRA Budget Application Amendments

The FY11 Part B and ECSE ARRA budget applications may be amended until June 30, 2011.  After June 30, 2011, districts will no longer be able to make budget amendments to the FY11 Part B and ECSE ARRA budget applications.  Please keep in mind that once a 2010-11 Part B or ECSE ARRA FER is created, budget application amendments and payment requests for the 2010-11 school year cannot be made.  Therefore, districts should ensure all Part B ARRA and ECSE ARRA funds are budgeted on the 2010-11 budget applications by June 30, 2011.  

FY11 Payment Requests

Districts may now request 100% of budgeted Part B, Part B ARRA, and ECSE ARRA funds on payment requests made for June, July, August, and September.  If districts choose to request less than 100% of funds before submitting the FY11 Part B and/or FY11 ECSE ARRA FER, the district will receive the remaining funds reported as expended on the FER in the next payment cycle.
