The purpose of the contest is to promote a greater awareness of people with disabilities among Missouri's youth. Students can either write a paper or design a poster depicting people with disabilities in a positive manner. Overall winners of the contest will be awarded a US savings bond and awards will be given for students grades 7 through 9 and 10 through 12. Entries are due to GCD by February 22, 2010.
