Missouri Community Transition Team (CTT) Program
The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Transition Coalition are pleased to announce grant funding to support the formation of nine Community Transition Teams across Missouri. Applications to participate in the 2009-10 Missouri Community Transition Team training are being accepted now. If chosen, Community Transition Teams will participate in three fully funded 2-day trainings on the following dates: October 1-2, 2009; December 3-4, 2009; and March 11-12, 2010. Funding for these three trainings will support travel costs for up to six team members, hotel rooms, meals, and substitutes.
To be considered for the Missouri Community Transition Team training, please complete and return the application. You may email it in an attachment to Pattie Noonan at pnoonan@ku.edu or fax it to the attention of Pattie Noonan at 785-864-4149. Applications must be submitted by August 15, 2009, for consideration. Teams will be notified by September 15, 2009, regardless of acceptance.
