A networking opportunity for district personnel is available through the Transition Liaison Program.  If you need support from another practitioner, have something you want to discuss with someone in the field, or have questions about a process being used in other districts, a Transition Liaison may fill your need.

The Transition Liaisons are individuals selected from each Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC) region who assist in promoting transition at the "field level."  The Liaisons were chosen from among transition coordinators, secondary special education teachers, and work study coordinators from Missouri school districts.  The Liaisons are all practicing members of a school staff and are available to lend support to other professionals in the area of transition.
