A new resource relating to bully prevention is available from the U. S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) Technical Assistance Center on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports on their website at http://www.pbis.org/files/newwebfiles2008/pbsbullyprevention.pdf.  This document is intended to assist districts in bully prevention by giving students the tools to reduce bullying behavior through the blending of school-wide positive behavior support, explicit instruction, and a redefinition of the bullying construct.
