Project Forum at the National Association of State Directors of Special Education (NASDSE) conducted the survey and produced this document as part of its collaborative agreement with the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP).  The survey included all state education agencies (SEAs).  Information was collected on SEA efforts to support local education agencies (LEAs) in the provision of education-related assistive technology for students with disabilities.
