The National Center on Response to Intervention hosted a workgroup of state agencies in November, and DESE participated. The purpose of the workgroup was to identify needs of the states. This will help the National Center focus its support to the states that have been identified, like Missouri, for high intensity technical assistance.
We thought you might be interested in seeing this brief report on the meeting and the common themes and needs identified by the various states on issues of RtI implementation and fidelity. We were well represented by Pam Williams, Coordinator.
