Exceptional Pupil Aid
IMPORTANT
Previous EPA funding was calculated on eligible Special Education staff, the district's eligible pupil count, one half the private school and home school counts. In addition, the EPA appropriation provided funds for previous year homebound, contractual and extended school year services. With the new school formula the dollars to support these services will come to the district in a SINGLE basic state aid formula payment, which means you will no longer receive a separate payment for EPA.
