Module IV:  Transition will be placed on-line around the end of August.  The assessment will be continuously available for the first two weeks it is posted.

Training information and registration will be located at http://67.18.170.181/, and a message will be sent to the field when the module becomes available.

Individuals requiring this module will be granted extensions through September 30, 2005.
