"Response to Intervention (RtI):  Non-Academic Barriers to Achievement - Addressing School-Based Mental Health and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports"

This conference will focus on strategies for meeting the needs of students with mental health and behavior issues, without resorting to referrals to the juvenile justice system or self-contained classes for students with emotional disabilities.
