PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING:

Training is open to all first time Special Education administrators or those with less than two (2) years special education administration experience in the current/or any school district in Missouri and have not attended a Directors' Institute in the past.  

Seating is limited to 75 participants.  For this reason, walk-in's cannot be accommodated.

There is no registration fee.

All expenses (lodging, meals, transportation) will be incurred by your district. 
Registrants will be responsible to make their own lodging reservations.
 There are two hotels located near the Truman Building:

Capitol Plaza Hotel & Convention Center
A three (3) night minimum is required for the state rate of $70 per night (single or double occupancy)

Meal tickets will be provided for lunches on all three days of the conference.  A cafeteria is located on the premises.

Please bring your own 3-inch binder.  All training material will be three hole punched for your convenience. 

Registration will begin promptly at 8:30, Tuesday, July 29, 2008 in front of room 490/492.  All participants are to sign in and pick up their main conference packet at that time. 

Additional information (agenda, parking, directions, etc.) will be made available to all participants as it becomes available.  For this reason, it is imperative that we be given a summer contact email and cell phone number so that we can notify participants of changes or cancellations.

How do I cancel or drop a previous registration?

To cancel a registration, do the following:

  1. Log In to your account.

  2. Click the title of the course/workshop that you registered for.

  3. Click DROP and then accept the confirmation message.

 

How do I obtain directions to the workshop?

To review any information regarding your registration, do the following:

  1. Log In to your account.
  2. Click the title of the course/workshop that you registered for.
  3. Click [Map] option under the location.

 

How do I print a receipt or completion certificate or a duplicate enrollment form?

To print any documentation, do the following:

  1. Log In to your account.
  2. Click the title of the course/workshop that you registered for.
  3. Click the appropriate link.

 

I forgot my login information.  How can I retrieve it?

Your login name is the email address you used when you first registered.  You can retrieve the password automatically by visiting www.MyLearningPlan.com/forgotpassword.asp
