The Compliance Section has posted on the web http://dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Compliance/index.html a Comparison of Special Education Compliance Program Review Standards and Indicators 2007 and 2004.  This document compares the Special Education Compliance Program Review Standards and Indicators 2007 Manual to the 2004 manual.

We have updated indicators 1400.50 by deleting subindicators 1400.50.a. and 1400.50.b and by adding subindicator 300.50.f to indicator 300.50.

This will require replacing three pages in the Special Education Compliance Program Review Standards and Indicators Manual, page 3 of the

300s and pages 2 and 3 of the 1400s.

The Special Education Discipline Documentation Form has been updated also by adding "Parent provided with procedural safeguards" as the last

item on page 3.

A Summary of Performance Model Form has been posted.
