and Compliance Training

TRANSITION PLANNING AND UPDATED FORM C TRAINING This one-day workshop in
Columbia is free to all secondary special education teachers, transition
coordinators, administrators, and other service providers. During this
state-wide training, the updated Form C will be discussed along with sample
IEPs. Participants will receive training on meeting the State Performance
Plan Indicator 13 requirements, infusing transition assessment information
into IEP development, and writing appropriate postsecondary goals.
This workshop will be held at the Jesse Wrench Auditorium, S107 Memorial
Union, University of Missouri Campus from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday,
December 7.

Registration is limited to the first 200. We are exploring whether the
