Subject: OSEP Proposed Changes to SPP/APR

The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) is inviting comment on its
proposed changes to the State Performance Plan (SPP) and Annual Performance
Reports (APR). These changes would go into effect for the reports due from
states on February 1, 2008.
The proposed indicators can be viewed by going to the following website:
http://edicsweb.ed.gov/browse/unapproved.cfm. Click on the collection
numbered 03406 and then click on the link to download attachments. The most
pertinent document is Attachment 2 - Measurement Table.
Instructions for providing comment to OSEP about these changes are included
in the 60 Day Federal Register document. The 60 day comment
period starts July 16, 2007.
