We have posted a corrected answer to Question #24 on Highly Qualified Teachers thanks to Reta Tyrrell of Mountain Grove R-III School District.

Unfortunately, my response during the webinar was geared toward kids who are MAP-A eligible and was incorrect for the example given (6th grade curriculum for a 9th grader).  I apologize for any confusion (or
