The U. S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education (OSEP) has
recently added new technical assistance documents to its IDEA website. In
particular, you will want to review and share with staff and other
interested persons, the Question and Answer documents posted on the website
at:

These documents address in detail the requirements of IDEA and provide
valuable information to enable responsible public agencies to ensure
compliance with IDEA.
