Administrative Claiming (SDAC) Provider Numbers

The Division of Medical Services (DMS) recently sent out a letter to school
districts participating in the SDAC program that the Medicaid provider
numbers beginning in 46, 47, and 48 would be terminated effective March 1,
2007. Districts that received a "50" group consolidated number for direct
services will not get this notice. DESE is currently communicating with DMS
and Maximus to determine the process for reporting the Provider
Participation Rate (PPR) since the 46, 47, and 48 numbers will be cancelled.
Once a decision has been made, districts will be notified by a SELS message.
