I am pleased to announce the promotion of Shelley Witherbee to the position of Director, Special Education Funds Management, effective February 1, 2008. Shelley replaces Linda Sneller who recently retired.

Shelley joined the Division of Special Education staff as a Supervisor in the Funds Management Section in 2003.  She has a solid funds program operations background and brings to the position a history of good relations with school districts across the state.
