Supplemental Educational Services
Current Missouri SES Providers:
This year ALL providers on Missouri's SES Provider List must update their information by completing the following sections of the 2009-2010 SES Provider Application: 1) Cover page, 2) Part B – Provider Service Summary, and 3) Part C - Assurances. These must be submitted via mail postmarked by February 16, 2009.
