SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICES (SES) PROVIDERS

Please send me a list of the Supplemental Educational Services (SES)  providers serving students in each building that has been identified for School Improvement and has to offer SES.  Please indicate when those services began – or will begin – and the number of students enrolled with that provider.  Respond even if no parent requests have been received indicating that situation.

Also,  include the contact information (phone number, mailing address, etc.) for the person overseeing the SES process in the district/LEA.
