Annual Survey of Children in Local Institutions for

Neglected or Delinquent Children

Please disregard this notice if your district does not have a NEW institution for neglected or delinquent children within your school district boundaries.

On October 17, 2008, we mailed the “Annual Survey of Children in Local Institutions for Neglected or Delinquent Children or in Correctional Institutions, Title I, ESEA” to each neglected or delinquent institution that submitted information to our office last year. 

If there is a new neglected or delinquent institution in your district, please forward the survey form to that institution.  It is your responsibility to make sure that the institution submits this form to our office by December 10, 2008.  The form is located under the Grants Management, Neglected and Delinquent on the Federal Program website. http://dese.mo.gov/divimprove/fedprog/
