Subject: December 15, 2009 Deadline for ARRA Quarterly Reporting

This message is a follow-up to the December 2, 2009 notice from Stan Johnson and Gerri Ogle regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) quarterly reporting requirements.
It is vitally important that every district meet the December 15, 2009 deadline for reporting ARRA data. For each program that is funded by ARRA funds, LEA personnel must report program specific data and check the box that assures data have been reviewed and are correct. The December 15 timeline will enable DESE staff to contact LEAs before their offices close if clarification or correction is needed.
The DESE developed web page is accessible by LEA staff with ASBR, ePeGS, Special Education or School Food Service authority and is located on DESE Web Applications https://k12apps.dese.mo.gov/webLogin/login.aspx.
