The 2013 Conference on the Young Years will be held March 7-9, 2013 at Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri.

You will hear from some of the leading early childhood professionals keynoting at the conference including Holly Elissa Bruno, Ellen Booth Church, and Eric Litwin. Not only will you hear from these great keynoters, you will also be able to choose from over 75 breakout sessions.
The Common Core. What does it mean for classroom teachers Pre-K through 3rd Grade? We have a special track of presentations just for you. Staff from the Curriculum section at DESE along with actual classroom teachers will be sharing what they are doing to move forward with the Common Core.
Parents As Teachers. Hear about the work being done in programs across the state using the new Foundational Curriculum. On Thursday night, participate in the PAT Café and join in on the conversation. There are lots of questions and we will be brainstorming in Missouri. Don’t miss this opportunity.
