SUBJECT: ESEA Flexibility Waiver/Changes to ePeGS

Missouri’s ESEA Flexibility Waiver request was approved on June 29, 2012. Since the approval, we have been working on the many changes that will take place because of its approval. When you go into ePeGS, you will notice changes to the NCLB Consolidated Application relating to the Flexibility waiver. If you have questions about those changes, please contact your Federal Compliance Supervisor.
