SUBJECT: July 1st NCLB Consolidated Application Due Date/Substantial Approval Date

July 1st is just around the corner. If you have not completed and submitted your NCLB Consolidated Application, you will want to do so by July 1. Submitting your completed NCLB Consolidated Application by July 1, 2012 will ensure no interruption in services for your entitlement programs and will allow you to begin obligating funds at the beginning of the fiscal year. If your application is not in a submitted status on or before July 1, you will not be able to obligate funds until the date you submit. Please refer to our Administrative Manual on page 11 for guidance on obligating funds.
