SUBJECT: Waiver Request – 2011 Supplemental Educational Services/Public School Choice
LISTSERVE MESSAGE DATE: April 11, 2011
The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education requests the following waivers as part of the 2011 Supplemental Educational Services/Public School Choice programs:
Waiver 1 – Prohibits SEA from approving a provider of SES a school or LEA identified for improvement or corrective action.
Waiver 2 – Provide LEA flexibility to offer SES and public school choice in Title I schools in year one of improvement
