SUBJECT: Schoolwide Plans in ePeGS Update
LISTSERVE MESSAGE DATE: June 24, 2010
The paragraph below was sent in an email on June 15. In addition to moving the schoolwide plans to the 2009-2010 planning year in ePeGS, please submit the plans once they are moved. If you have questions, please contact the Federal Instructional Improvement Supervisor for your area.
There are a number of schools operating schoolwide Title I programs that do not yet have schoolwide plans in the 2009-2010 planning year in ePeGS. In order for your 2010-2011 federal budget to be approved for Title I schoolwide implementation, a schoolwide plan must be entered in the proper year in ePeGS. If you have Title I schoolwide buildings that have not opened the new planning year and moved the plans forward or have never entered the schoolwide plan in ePeGS, it is essential that is completed as soon as possible. Once the plans are entered in the 2009-2010 school plan, call your Federal Instructional Improvement Supervisor so the plan can be reviewed.
