Title I Homeless

Our office has received several questions on ways to use your Title I Homeless Set-Aside. Title I funds may not be used to transport homeless students. The Non-regulatory Guidance for Homeless can be found at http://www.ed.gov/programs/homeless/guidance.pdf . The parts pertaining to Title I and homeless are found in section H. Transportation Page 19 and in section M. Coordination with Title I, Part A Page 27.
