SUBJECT: 2012 Summer School Plan
LISTSERVE MESSAGE DATE: May 22, 2012
Districts planning to use federal funds for summer school must submit the “2012 Federal Programs Proposed Summer School Plan” by June 1, 2012. The district must demonstrate compliance with the supplement not supplant requirement before federal program funds may be used for summer services. Prior to obligating ESEA federal funds for summer services, the district must complete a Federal Program Proposed Summer School Plan.
