Activity:
Divide students into small groups, providing each group with a sheet of chart paper and a set of blocks to create a map of the classroom. Tell each group to show a path on its map to get from point A to point B in the room, e.g., from the reading corner to the door.4 Ask them questions such as “How many different paths did you find? Is there a shortest path?”
