Performance event for Kapiti Plain

LEARNING ACTIVITIES

1.        Create an example of a short narrative poem with rhyme, rhythm and a story with a lesson. Review it using the P.E. (summative) scoring guide for practice.

2.        Distribute the Performance Event for Kapiti Plain. Read the prompt to students and review the scoring guide.

3.        Students complete the narrative poem Performance Event (item # 7) or have students complete all of Part II Summative Assessment.
