Spring 2012 District Self-Monitoring Quality Assurance

As part of the Department’s Quality Assurance (QA) process this year, we are continuing the district QA self-monitoring tool for the spring of 2012. This form is designed to be used by District Test Coordinators (DTCs) as part of their regular supervision process throughout the assessment window. DTCs should complete this form twice during the Spring 2012 assessment window – once for one Grade-Level classroom and once for one End-of-Course classroom. If you are a K-8 district, please complete this form for two Grade-Level classrooms.


Spring 2012: EOC Assessments Training

The Department provides two separate required training sessions for administration of the Spring 2012 End-of-Course Assessments. One pre-recorded webinar is geared towards DTCs and STCs, but is useful for any district personnel that has a part in test administration. The second pre-recorded webinar is meant for test examiners.

Spring 2012 Grade-Level Assessments Trainings

Two separate required trainings are available for the Spring 2012 Grade-Level Assessments - One geared for District and School Test Coordinators and the other for Test Examiners.


District Test Coordinator Annual Training and Updates

The Missouri Assessment Program has created a training that defines the DTC’s responsibilities as they relate to the Department and testing vendors. This training is for both new and current DTCs.
