04-30-08: Public Hearing on NCLB in Kansas City. The U.S. Department is holding four public meetings across the country about proposed changes in key provisions of No Child Left Behind. One of the hearings will be held Monday, May 19, at the Sheraton Kansas City Sports Complex Hotel (Royal Ballroom, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2-5 p.m.)
