This is to invite you to nominate any Health Occupations Personnel, individuals, or organizations that have offered extraordinary encouragement and/or support to your Health Sciences Programs. Below are the applications and a description and/or definition of the awards. This year we will only be awarding one Recognition Award per school. If you are nominating a facility, please remember to put a contact person's name in your application.

All aspects of ACTE summer conference are important, but none more so than recognizing our peers that have excelled in our field. To ensure we continue to have outstanding award winners, your help is needed. If you submit a nomination, please advise the nominee and offer to help prepare the dossier. Remember, you will also be responsible for the nominee's poster for display at the luncheon. The applications need to be returned to the address below by June 7th, 2009. Individuals will be notified in June of the results.
