GED Testing Application

If you would like to take the official GED Test in Missouri you must apply.   You must mail the application, even if you pay by credit card online.

Retests:  You must apply each time you want to retake the test.

Read all directions before completing:

1. Fill out application form
2. Make payment
3. Mail application form to our office

FORM

• Fill out - GED application.  Print form if filled-out online. 
• There is only one version of the form so if you pay online you may ignore the other payment requirements. 

 

MAIL

• You must mail a paper copy to the address below.

PAYMENT

• Each application is $20.

PAYING BY MAIL

• If you mail your fee it must be by money order or cashiers check made

   payable to “Treasurer, State of Missouri”.
