Wins National ProStart® Competition

Missouri culinary students captured top honors in a prestigious contest sponsored by the National Restaurant Association.  Their skills and creativity will be featured this fall on a Food Network TV show, as well as on Regional Fox 4 (Kansas City) at 9 p.m., June 10, in a "Searching for Excellence" feature.

Revised National FCS Standards Release
