Delta Epsilon Chi is an international organization for college students preparing for careers that utilize marketing, business, management, or entrepreneurship skills.

With more than 12 chapters at two-year and four-year post-secondary institutions, Missouri Delta Epsilon Chi is very much a student-driven organization at the local and state levels. Activities promoted by Delta Epsilon Chi integrate with and enhance the student’s college curriculum. In addition, the organization’s close ties with the business community provide both opportunities for members and an appreciation of the free enterprise system.

Missouri Delta Epsilon Chi hosts a Fall Leadership Conference for its members to develop necessary leadership skills and network with fellow college students from post-secondary institutions cross the state.

Delta Epsilon Chi’s competitive events program is our flagship in student development and career preparation. In early spring, members participate in the Missouri Delta Epsilon Chi State Career Development Conference. Students compete in a rigorous industry-based competitive events program that encompasses more than 20 career areas. Top winners earn the privilege to represent Missouri at the International Career Development Conference.

Delta Epsilon Chi membership is an essential resource for future professionals that will benefit from marketing, management and entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.
