Grants and IFB Applications
Fiscal Year 2013 English Language/Civics (EL/Civics) Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Grant Applications are now available
IMPORTANT – Please read the following carefully before downloading the IFB or Grant Application documents.
The Adult Education & Literacy (AEL) Section has released the EL/Civics IFB for private entities and a Grant Application for public entities. This is an open and competitive process to award contracts and grants for EL/Civics instruction in the State of Missouri beginning July 1, 2012.
Only entities currently funded to provide adult education & literacy instruction from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education AEL section are eligible to apply for this Bid/Grant.
A Private Entity: community-based, faith-based, orpublic or private nonprofit organizations. If your agency wishes to apply, you should download the Invitation for Bid documents.
A Public Entity: school districts and community colleges. If your agency wishes to apply, you should download the Grant documents.
All bidders/applicants should carefully review all documents downloaded. Pay particular attention to the submission information provided in the IFB and Grant documents.
