MBEA Awards/Who's Who

MBEA Awards

Each year, MBEA recognizes business programs and teachers who have made outstanding contributions through their service and dedication to the field of business education.  The awards given include the following:

• Business Educator of the Year (Postsecondary)

• Business Educator of the Year (K-12)

• Business Educator of the Year (College or University)

• Distinguished Service Award (for retiring business educator)

• New Professional of the Year

• Programs of Excellence in Business Education (Secondary/Postsecondary)

• Who’s Who in Missouri Business Education

MBEA encourages members to submit nominations for their candidates as early as possible.  Nomination forms for each of these prominent awards must be completed and submitted to the Chairperson of the Awards Committee by May 1st each year.  (Please go to the Leadership button for current information on Standing Committee Chairs.)
