Entitlement Letter for 2012-2013

1. Locate the link containing your LEA's document below.  Each link contains 10 county codes (the first 3-digits of your Agreement Number).  Example:  Agreement Number 005-999 would select link 001 -> 010.
2. Click the hyperlink to open othe document (a PDF file).
3. If the find box is not on your Adobe tool bar, push CTRL and "F" at the same time.
4. Enter your 6-digit Agreement Number including the hyphen in the find box and hit ENTER.  Example 005-999
5. Adobe will locate your Entitlement Letter.
6. To print, either click the printer icon in the tool bar or go to File, select Print.
7. Click the toggle button "Current Page" to print only your Agreement Number's information.

• 001 -> 010 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 001 through 010)
• 011 -> 020 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 011 through 020)
• 021 -> 030 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 021 through 030)
• 031 -> 040 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 031 through 040)
• 041 -> 050 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 041 through 050)
• 051 -> 060 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 051 through 060)
• 061 -> 070 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 061 through 070)
• 071 -> 080 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 071 through 080)
• 081 -> 090 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 081 through 090)
• 091 -> 100 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 091 through 100)
• 101 -> 115 (LEA's with agreement numbers beginning with 101 through 115)
