2002-2003 SCHOOL YEAR
Please indicate below which subject/subjects of the MAP assessment you voluntarily choose to administer in your school district during the 2002-2003 school year. Your district cost per student would be $7.12 for science and $7.56 for social studies. You would be expected to administer the test in all three grade levels in the selected subject area/areas.
