21st Century Community Learning Centers Grants
The Department's Extended Learning/Afterschool Programs Section has issued the 21st Century Community Learning Centers 2012-2013 application (for public schools) and invitation to bid (for private schools/organizations). The deadline for submission is 3 p.m. Friday, June 29.
A pre-application/invitation to bid conference will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, May 17 in Room 450 of the Governor's Office Building located at 200 Madison Street, Jefferson City, Mo. Attendance is not required.
New Counselor Institute (NCI)
The Department is again offering the New Counselor Institute (NCI) in conjunction with the MoACTE Summer Conference to be held July 20-26 at the University Plaza Hotel in Springfield. NCI is designed for counselors with a TAC or provisional certification. There will also be a strand for new career center counselors. Enrollment deadline is June 30.
