2015 Outstanding Citizenship Award
In January, High School principals will be sent an informational letter with instructions on the application process for the Outstanding Citizenship Award. To be eligible for consideration, a student must be a senior in a public high school and the school's only nominee for the award. In districts with more than one high school, each high school may nominate one student for the award. Contact your principal for more information within your school.

The deadline to submit the Nomination Form (including the Student Essay) is:
February 6, 2015.
*If you have an issue filling out the form, it can most likely be solved by choosing Edit>Preferences then choose Documents from the list on the left and change PDF/A View Mode from "Only for PDF/A Documents" to "Never."
