2016 Outstanding Citizenship Award
Attention High School Principals: Please read the informational letter below that contains instructions on the application process for the Outstanding Citizenship Award. To be eligible for consideration, a student must be a student in a public high school and the school's only nominee for the award. In districts with more than one high school, each high school may nominate one student for the award. Contact your principal for more information within your school.

The deadline to submit the Nomination Form (including the Student Essay) is February 15, 2016.
